I love a good alpha romance book series, and I especially love it when the underlying storyline is ironclad, rooted in logic, and goes way beyond just the romance. The Bounty Hunters (or Promises) series by A.E. Via delivers superbly on all counts. Entertaining from start to finish!
These stories revolve around a high-stakes, highly successful bail bond and fugitive recovery agency. The men running and backing it are tough, hyper-protective alphas who rule the streets. This very spicy series is broken down into interconnected yet standalone installments, each following a different couple within the same tight-knit, dangerous world.

Favourite In the Series 😻
Promises Part 4 is my absolute favourite in the series. Brian and Sway’s connection is completely captivating, and the added family dynamic with Brian’s brother makes the story even richer. I also loved how the book handles important elements like mutism and its impact on everyday life. Packed with action, sweetness, and high stakes, this one delivers total emotional satisfaction.

I wholeheartedly recommend this series if you enjoy a cozy but high-stakes read. Knowing that every single book ends with a hard-earned HEA makes devouring this dangerous world an absolute comfort from start to finish.
